Who can use OMINARI, and in which regions?
You must be 18 or over (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, if higher). OMINARI is currently intended for users in Southeast Asia — for example Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines and Singapore — subject to local rules, with more regions to follow. It's your responsibility to ensure that using OMINARI is legal where you are.
How is my account secured?
Email login is passwordless — a one-time code (OTP) is sent to your inbox each time you sign in — and external-wallet sessions require a signed message. Keep your email secure and never share your wallet's seed phrase or private key; OMINARI will never ask for it. Note that 2FA and responsible-trading controls are on the roadmap and not yet available.
Are there responsible-trading tools?
Prediction markets are speculative and you can lose your entire committed amount, so only commit what you can afford to lose. In-app deposit caps, trading breaks and self-exclusion are on the roadmap; for now you can request an account pause by emailing contact@ominari.com with the subject 'Account Pause Request'.
