I think a market settled incorrectly. What do I do?

Email contact@ominari.com with the subject 'Settlement Dispute', including the market name, your wallet address, the outcome you held, and the outcome you believe was incorrect. We review within 3 business days. Markets settle on officially published results, so a result changed on appeal after settlement doesn't reopen a settled market.

How do I contact support?

Email contact@ominari.com — that's OMINARI's only official contact. Include your registered email or wallet address, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant transaction references or market names. Account and security issues are prioritised (target around one business day). Be cautious of any third-party group claiming to be an official OMINARI community.
