We review within 3 business days. Markets settle on officially published results, so a result changed on appeal after settlement doesn't reopen a settled market.

Include your registered email or wallet address, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant transaction references or market names. Account and security issues are prioritised (target around one business day). Be cautious of any third-party group claiming to be an official OMINARI community.
